Saarbrücken today. Saarbrüken's a cute place, none of the big city rush, but plenty of influences. What probably was the most interesting was the ride back, not there.
I found myself at the back of the S trains where the toilets were. A group of teenagers had decided to throw a party at the back of the trains with the 1st class seats were. They got out their drinks, their music, and their cigarettes and started to light up at the back of the train, and smoke started to float up to the ceiling.
The train continued to move, and there was no ticket inspector to restore order of some sort. A group of 4 girls who were a few seats away from me garnered the attention of a group of teenage boys and 2 of them actually sat down next to them to talk, acting like they were in a club of some sort and not on a train. First time I've seen anyone do that. I've seen people fight over train seats, but this is something new. Chatting girls up on the train. Seriously. The boys had their party wear on, with streaks of coloured hair, and one of the girls with them had a fanny pack on.
A fanny pack. The last time I saw a fanny pack on somebody, it was on a coffee shop auntie. They only reason why they carry it is because their hands are free for the coffee. Not to carry it to club, it looks really ridiculous.
Enough about the fanny pack. Why do i keep ranting about people's ugly fashion choices? I feel pretty amazed by the way they enjoy the parties. They're about my age, but acting like that never appealed to me. I don't know why, but I can never see myself doing the same as that. It actually puts me off and I find whatever they're doing to be boring. If you're gonna sit around drinking, don't make a fool of out yourself. Since nobody likes to meet people when they're fooling around, then don't fool around.
It's a matter of reciprocity. Appear to other people the way you want them to appear to you as. Half-dressed is not an option as well.
