Sundays are strange affairs in Germany. Entire town is shut down and everyone seems to disappear, just like Singapore on Chinese New Year.
Having the town board up once a week has been really good training. I'm not taking the extended opening hours of shops in Singapore for granted, for the shops won't always be open when I want them to.
Shopping on Sunday has never been this effective.
