I haven't been there, and I do not know whether I will progress to such a state. I honestly hope there wouldn't be such a day.
So right now, just live with what I have, and keep it close to me, until I remember the feeling of its presence, even when it disappears.
Went back to Mainz again, back to the arthouse cinema for another show. Cloud Atlas, by the Wachowskis. It had been one of the legendary stories in movie productions, on-set injuries, tight finances, book-loyal, hush-hush publicity, and the standing ovation at a critic's review.
I was there for the Wachowski's latest visual styles and perception, and to see Ben Whishaw. I have never read the book, but have been following its developments and shootings in so many places, sometimes I think I'm part of the show, having read every latest production update and review.
It's kinda my thing. Reading about movie production, filming, and their stories. It is also nice to tell people about shows in development, before everybody else knows about it.
Like being a trend setter, and knowing about cool stuff before everybody else does. Content sharing on facebook is limited to a few sources, and there are thousands of sites with interesting content on the web.
It's a shame to be at the mercy of just a few sites when there are thousands of gems on the Internet. Imagine all the things I would learn and follow..
