And that word is Food.
I think I eat in excess. Way too much than I actually need.
Translation: I eat everything in sight, there's a reason why I can finish a whole bag of chips within 10 minutes unless I don't see it. And why I can store food in my fridge for ages and not touch any part of it because I've forgotten completely about it.
Part of the deal of being me. Highly dependent on visuals. How do I read long and lengthy books? Usually the typeface of the font helps.
And when I go to the supermarket, sometimes I feel like buying everything in sight. Curse of the highly visualization dependent. Everything on the shelf screams "Pick me! Pick me!" with the photographs, textures I can actually see and things like that. i've weaned of eating so much food, and sometimes I really wish to buy less.
If everybody just bought or made what they really needed, I guess we would have enough food to go around without putting a strain on the world's resources. If you can afford to buy more, you are at liberty to do so. But it sure feels good not harping on the expiry date on a tub of yoghurt you wanted to try "for flavor".
Food. How much I hate it, how much I need it.

If (food) eaten the right amount, the body will have no need to store excess energy as fat and only purges the toxins insideHm. I'm eating boiled carrots and vegetables like that, simply because I don't want to waste my money or food. Whenever I go into the supermarket, there are loads of food I am very tempted to buy, and I know I will finish it, because I have a habit of eating whatever that is in front of me.
