Went to watch cars at last!
Most people draw a line at watching sequels. There's a thing which goes about saying, "You're gonna repeat your storyline!"
It's beautifully done, nothing cheezy or insulting, just good fun. Of course it wouldn't be right without my 2 favourite italians
Luigi and Guido (yellow and blue). The cutest pair of best friends. I always thought Guido looked the cutest in blue, with his tiny wheels and little movable jacks, until I realised they came in a whole bunch of different colours, and they could do many many things, for those little jacks acted like their hands.
And they could do this too
The cuttesst musicians in the Village!! I love the forklift, how they made it so small and cuteee!! The art is beautiful, they did a fantastic job,
drawing out the car versions of the various landmarks we're familiar with, drawing out a world where humans are replaced by cars.
I shan't reveal more, but you should really go watch it.. Everything is soo cute!
Overall, I liked the feel of the show, this one has a different character focus, tells a different story, the only similar thing there is would probably the characters and action (racing). I know some critics are not very pleased with this latest offering from Pixar, but I've think they've set the bar with what a sequel should be like.
