Watched this today. At 2 hours and 15 minutes, this show kinda blasted my brains out. Neither do I remember any show being this long.
The action sequences are pretty decent. We have breaking into prison, infiltrating into a palace, scaling a building, running in a sandstorm.. what else could you ask for? Time where you can catch your breath? Yes I agree with you.
At 2 hours, you thought it would be slightly more relaxed. Actually it's jam packed with action sequences throughout 2 hours. I WANT TO CATCH MY BREATH!
Brad Bird throws in some "The Incredibles"-esque influence in it, stealth tracking, infiltration. Like a more serious version of the Incredibles with better tech and real actors (kudos to Pixar) Comic relief moments come in when it starts to get slow, but it's whizzing action throughout.
And the opening sequences are kind of summary for the show, so if you still can recall the sequence amist the flying bullets and fights, well done to you.
MI 4: if you can your breath. They should fit a pause button somewhere. Too much at one go for me><
