And wake up about half an hour later to do so and turn off the light and continue sleeping. Thinking about the dreadful mess in my room is a mood killer. Arm myself with the vacuum and vacuum everything in sight.
I know what to do when I go back. Look for a therapist/psychologist for my issues. Most people see going to the therapist as a last resort, but judging all that's happened, I need one for a peace of mind.
