Darmstadt - 111

Saturday. Weekend before Christmas and the big craze. It's raining, rather than snowing. We have the usual battle onslaught of Christmas songs everywhere, and I'm pretty sure I will not sing any of it.

Christmas is a huge holiday for them. For my family it's more of a bleh affair. The day comes and goes without much comment or hype. I'm a bit taken aback by how seriously they take it to be, with all the expectations of other people hanging on their heads, it's like going for an audition where the judges are biased against you and you still need to impress them.

Painful. Hopefully it's better tmr. Oh, and I need less than 40 minutes to clear everything. I've timed, and this (hopefully) is the Amazing Race standard.
